The one-button-activated vacuum pump automatically stops once the bottle is properly sealed. It fully charges in about 2.5-hours and lasts up to 3-months without any batteries to change. To preserve an open bottle of wine, simply insert the stopper, place the vacuum pump on top while holding it in place, and press the button until the pump automatically stops. The bottle stopper creates an airtight and liquid-tight seal to keep oxygen out and maintain quality and taste of leftover wine for up to 10 days. To pour another glass, press the valve to release the vacuum seal and remove the stopper. For best results, bottles should be stored in the upright position.
